


Groove Warmers Pattern
Welcome to the Groove Warmers Pattern! These fun little arm warmers are the perfect winter accessory, but are also great in the transitional seasons. You can fold the cuff up to make them short or wear them full length if you need more warmth, They are knit in the round using a vertical stripe stranded color work technique. This is a great pattern to practice your color work and knitting in both english and continental styles.
Materials:
50 g COLOR A (~ 109 yds)
40 g COLOR B(~ 87 yds) (yardage based on Take Care Mohair held single!)
4 stitch markers
Tapestry needle
US 4 (3.5 mm needles) 10 inch circular needles OR 32 inch circular for magic loop
US 8 (5.0 mm needles) 10 inch circular needles OR 32 inch circular for magic loop
Scissors
Yarn Recommended:
WOOL AND THE GANG TAKE CARE MOHAIR (held one strand)
50 g/109 yds
(One Skein Each Color)
OR
LANG SURI ALPACA (held double)
25 g/109 yds
(Two Skeins Each Color)
you can use any yarn that has the same/similar yardage :)
Gauge:
24 sts x 24 rows in 1x1 rib on 3.5 mm needles = 4 inches
